Everything was nice, had a VERY PLEASANT stay for one night. My room at this hotel was great-sized and air conditioned with good beds. Climate control and free wireless internet were good. That property was in a favourable location, in the middle of jackson. A few times I ate at Chili's, located not too far from the hotel.

The indoor gardens, decorations and sky lights in the wide corridors gave the hotel a spacious and fresh feel. Despite some wear and tear, the rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet.

The hotel would benefit from some room renovations, as the lighting was dim, and there were not enough electric plugs in convenient locations.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was fantastic. The hotel had two great perks: a relaxing courtyard and a swimming pool. It was also conveniently located close to a mall and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight too, with plenty of options to choose from.

But surprisingly, the breakfast the next day was excellent.

I spent my Easter holiday at a hotel near Toluca and I had a nice stay. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of options to choose from. The hotel had a convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and always helpful, making my stay much more enjoyable.

The room I stayed in had poor lighting, making it difficult to work and see clearly. The electric plugs were also quite limited, with none near the bed or center table.
